Get Ready to Dance: “Bailando con las Estrellas” Comes to the Eastern Shore
Mark your calendars for a night of fun, food, and fancy footwork! In celebration of
Hispanic Heritage Month, the Oxford Community Center (OCC) and the Chesapeake
Multicultural Resource Center (ChesMRC) are teaming up to bring you “Bailando con las
Estrellas” (Dancing with the Stars) on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Doors open at 6:30 PM,
and you won’t want to miss it!
Enjoy a full evening of entertainment, including dinner, a drink, and the chance to cheer on
your favorite local celebrities as they dance their hearts out. It’s all for a great cause, with
proceeds benefiting the OCC and ChesMRC.
What to Expect:
– Star-Studded Dance Performances: Local celebrities will show off what they learned
from professional dancers as they compete to win your hearts and the approval of
celebrity judges. It’s your chance to see familiar faces in a whole new light as they twirl,
dip, and glide across the dance floor.
– Delicious Dinner and Drinks: Your ticket includes a tasty meal and one drink to kick off
the festivities. Enjoy good food, great company, and a fantastic show.
– Vote for Your Favorites: Help decide which duo will take home the top prize by voting
for your favorite performance. It’s all in good fun, with awards and prizes adding to the
