8:30AM – Depart OCC – some chatting with Mickey enroute, but also quiet w/snacks
11:00 – 11:30 – Stop at “Round Top” – run around there for about 20 minutes
11:30 Depart to “Copse of Trees” – run around about 20 minutes
12:15 PM Noon – Arrive at the Visitor’s Center – Eat lunch at various eateries in the facility
Free Time exploring the Center’s exhibitions and historic information
2:30 PM – Depart on Bus – More Q&A – Arrive at OCC around 6:30 PM
Dominic “Mickey” Terrone has been an active student of the civil war for most of his lifetime. He has taught adult education on the civil war at Anne Arundel Community College, Washington College and at the Chesapeake Forum. He has been a member, officer and past president of the Civil War Round Table of Washington, DC and member and presenter at the Chesapeake Civil War Round Table. He has a home library of 500 civil war books and tapes, has lived in Atlanta, GA for over a decade and traveled extensively throughout the south.
