Two Levels: Intermediate Yoga Saturdays 9:30-11 AM, Beginning/Advanced Beginning  Mondays 1:00-2:15.

Suzie Hurley is an alignment-based teacher with over 40 years’ experience. She teaches precise and detailed principles of alignment, with the help of props to help the body open more fully and safely. She blends the best of Anusara, Kripalu and Iyengar Yoga with her unique way of encouraging, enlivening and empowering her students to open to the joy that lies within.
