This 45 minute mat based Pilates class will focus on getting back to fitness after so many months of the global pandemic. Classical Pilates principles will be taught in a fun and loving atmosphere. We will maintain or achieve a stronger core and better posture, as well as tone, lengthen, and stretch.
Abby Kellogg has been dancing and teaching most of her life. She spent her youth studying with Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle, Washington. Her wide range of fitness experience includes Barre, Pilates, Zumba, Step, Buts and Guts, Stretch and Tone, and Cardio Dance. After a brief time acting for television in Tokyo, Abby moved to the Eastern Shore and now lives in Oxford with her husband and three children. Most recently Ms. Kellogg taught Reformer in her own studio and Barre at Hearthstone Fitness. Her Pilates training is through Balanced Body University. $20/CLASS Limited to 15 people.
