Description

This series will provide helpful information about staying in your home while aging. Speakers will address normal aging changes, the importance of exercise, and available resources. The programs are from 11:00-1:00 to allow time for an interactive presentation followed by discussion and a bag lunch. Cookies and soft-drinks will be provided. The program is free but space is limited to 30 people, so be sure to register early.
